Get 1-on-1 support

Connect with an Advocate by phone or on the UnitedHealthcare® app to get the information you need, when you need it. Specially trained Advocates are here Monday through Friday during business hours to help you understand your benefits, make more informed health care decisions and access the care that fits your needs.

Convenient 24/7 Virtual Visits

With 24/7 Virtual Visits, you can connect to a provider by phone or video– on myuhc.com or the UnitedHealthcare® app. Providers can diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions, including many of the same conditions as an emergency room (ER) or urgent care. Providers may even prescribe medication, if needed.

Keeping care on track

Preventive care - such as routine annual checkups and certain recommended age-appropriate screenings and immunizations - is covered by most UnitedHealthcare plans for little or no out-of-pocket when you see network providers. A preventive care visit may be a good time to help establish your relationship with your primary care provider. It can also help you manage your health and create a connection for future medical services.

Start living tobacco-free

With a coach on your side, it may be easier to leave tobacco behind. The Quit For Life® program includes access to the Quit For Life mobile app, support from a Quit Coach® and more to help you customize a quit plan and help you go tobacco-free

Flexible fitness options

With One Pass Select®, you can access a large network of gyms, including national fitness centers and boutique studios. Choose your membership tier and then you’ll be able to visit any gym location within your tier. One Pass Select gives you the flexibility to change tiers monthly or cancel at any time.

Care Management

Coping with cancer

A cancer diagnosis can bring on a range of emotions and concerns. Providing specialized cancer care management, our Cancer Support Program connects you to a team of highly rated physicians, providers, personal care nurses, and advocates. They’ll help you understand your diagnosis, monitor your medications and treatment plans, provide access to social workers for financial, transportation, and childcare needs, and more.

Guided cancer support

With Cancer Resources Services, you’ll have access to experienced cancer nurses who can provide guidance and support to you and your family during your cancer journey.
