Use the cash payments any way you choose - from paying health-related out-of-pocket costs to living expenses such as rent or mortgage and more.
If you receive covered hospital care, the Hospital Indemnity Protection Plan will pay you directly in a single lump sum payment.
If you have a UnitedHealthcare medical plan, Benefit Assist® keeps an eye out for medical claims that may qualify you for a supplemental health benefit payout. This helps make it easier for you to get the benefits you’re eligible for.
Coverage is portable so, if you change jobs, you can take the plan with you.
